How to reset your divalotre password
If you forget your divalotre password, you can reset it from the login page. Below the username and password fields, you will see a "Forgot password?" link. Click it to enter the password-reset flow.
Step 1: Request a password reset
On the password-reset page, enter the email address associated with your divalotre account. This must be the email you used during registration and account verification. If you are unsure which email you registered with, check your payment confirmation emails from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking)—these confirmations carry your registered email address.
After you submit your email, our system checks whether an account exists under that address. If it does, we send a password-reset link to your inbox. If no account is found, we display a message asking you to verify the email or contact our support team. This protects account security by not revealing whether a given email is registered.
Step 2: Check your email and click the reset link
The password-reset email arrives from [email protected] and includes a link labeled "Reset Password" or similar. This link is valid for 24 hours. Click it to proceed to the password-reset form.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder—sometimes recovery emails are filtered there. If the email never arrives, wait subject to verification and request another reset link. Our system allows multiple reset requests; each new request invalidates previous links and sends a fresh one.
Do not share the password-reset link with anyone. Anyone with this link can reset your password and access your account. Treat it as confidential as your actual password.
Step 3: Create a new password
After you click the reset link, you will reach a form asking you to enter a new password. Our password requirements are:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Choose a password you have not used on divalotre before. Do not reuse passwords from other sites, especially financial or email accounts. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access if your password is compromised elsewhere.
After you enter your new password and click "Update Password," our system validates it, stores the encrypted version, and logs you out. You then return to the login page and can log in with your email and new password.
Password reset on divalotre is secure by design: time-limited links, no account details revealed, and encrypted password storage protect your account from unauthorized access.
Troubleshooting password reset issues
Password-reset email not arriving
If you do not receive the password-reset email, check your spam folder first. Our emails come from [email protected]; if your email provider filters this address, add it to your contacts or trusted senders.
If the email is not in spam, request another reset link. Wait a few minutes between requests. If you still do not receive an email after three attempts, contact our support team. We can manually verify your account and issue a recovery link or guide you through alternative account recovery steps.
Reset link expired
Password-reset links expire after 24 hours. If you click a link after this window has passed, you will see an error message. Request a new reset link by returning to the login page and clicking "Forgot password?" again. The new link will be valid for another 24 hours.
Incorrect email on file
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your divalotre account (e.g., you changed email providers), contact our support team. Provide your username, phone number, and any recent payment confirmations from local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank. Our team can verify your identity and update your registered email address.
Account locked after failed login attempts
If you enter an incorrect password multiple times, divalotre temporarily locks your account to prevent brute-force attacks. This lock typically lasts subject to verification. During this period, you cannot log in even with the correct password.
If you are locked out, use the password-reset link to set a new password. After the reset is complete, your account lock is cleared and you can log in immediately with your new credentials.

Account security best practices
Password strength and uniqueness
Use a strong, unique password on divalotre. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts, especially social media or email. If another site is compromised, attackers may try those credentials on divalotre; a unique password prevents this attack vector.
Consider using a password manager (like Bitwarden, 1Password, or your browser's built-in password storage) to generate and store complex passwords. Password managers make it easy to use unique, strong passwords without memorizing them.
Email address security
Keep your registered email address secure and accessible. This is your lifeline for account recovery if you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access. If your email account is compromised, attackers can request password-reset links and access your divalotre account.
Use a strong password on your email account and enable two-factor authentication if your email provider offers it. Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo all support 2FA via authenticator apps or phone codes.
Session management and logout
Always log out after your session ends, especially on shared or public devices (internet cafés, libraries, borrowed computers). Divalotre sessions can remain active for a time after logout; logging out explicitly clears this session data.
If you log in from an unfamiliar device or location, divalotre may ask for additional verification (e.g., email confirmation). This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access. Respond to verification prompts promptly to regain access.
- Password reset link
- A unique, time-limited URL sent to your email that lets you set a new password. Valid for 24 hours only. Do not share this link.
- Account lock
- A temporary restriction after multiple failed login attempts. Protects against brute-force attacks. Typically lasts subject to verification.
- Two-factor authentication
- An optional security layer where you confirm login via email or authenticator app in addition to your password. Reduces account takeover risk.
- Email verification
- A security check divalotre may trigger when you log in from a new device or location. You confirm by clicking a link in an email or entering a code.
Account recovery and support
If you cannot reset your password or suspect your account has been accessed without permission, contact our support team immediately. We are available in English and can help verify your identity and restore account access.
Provide us with your username, registered email, and any recent payment details (e.g., a withdrawal via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). This information helps us confirm your identity without granting access based on credentials alone.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately after recovery. Review your recent account activity—login history, deposits, withdrawals, and game sessions—to identify any unauthorized transactions. If you spot suspicious activity, report it to our support team with details of the dates, amounts, and payment methods involved.
